An impact-driven, purpose-oriented & people-centric professional with a demonstrated history of working in the intersection of learning & development, project management, real estate, investment planning and business expansions in multiple industries, between Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

For the past 26+ years, Sepideh’s professional career has spanned government departments, multinational corporations, non-profits, the public sector, civil society, and the private sector. Given her integrated cultural background, multiple migrations and having to live, work and adapt to new countries, cultures and work environments first handedly, Sepideh has built an in-depth understanding of cultural differences, implicit beliefs and developed a well-rounded approach to strong cultural intelligence and a holistic approach to developing social competencies such as cognitive, emotional, and behavioural skills needed for any type of successful and effective social adaptation.

Today, as a consultant, strategist and advisor, using her experiences, Sepideh partners with individuals, teams and organisations, to assess their needs, find the gaps and provides tailored solutions in order to help them integrate new measurable and high-impact strategies into their business model for increasing their international influence in today’s complex business landscape, whilst optimising human capital, business performance and the bottom line.
